BAIS-BILIRAN Chatters website was created by Aldwin R. Gravador of Radyo Natin FM 105.5 sometime July of 2008. The foundations of PAYAG (native house) - "The Chatroom" was laid firm through bonding/chatting among the pioneer chatters who were into a unified desire to have a friendly avenue in chatting. Dwinx and some chatters from Naval Biliran were exchanging native humorous stories, until such time that chatters from different parts of the world came in and made their stay.

PAYAG Internet RADIO Live is broadcasting live from Bais City, Negros Oriental, Philippines. Most of the programs of PAYAG Internet RADIO Live are hook-up programs of RADYO NATIN FM 105.5 Bais City.
